5.- Intellectual and Industrial Property. Hypelinks policy

5.1.- All content included on the Website and in particular trademarks, trade names, industrial designs, designs, texts, photographs, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, software or any other signs subject to industrial and commercial use are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of Estaleiros do Norte LDA or third party owners thereof who have authorised their inclusion on the Website.
